Information Automatically Logged

We use your IP address upon application for a hosting account to provide a log audit trail for abusive practices. We also maintain standard web access log files for website activity monitoring purposes.

When contacting us:

We need to know your name, e-mail address, billing addresses, telephone number, and credit card number and expiration date (if paying by credit card). This allows us to process and fulfill your new account order and to send you getting-started information.
When you request technical support, we also ask for your e-mail address and telephone number so we can reply to your questions. We cannot reply without at least receiving your email address.
From time to time we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, new or updates to our products and services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, please send us an email and we'll be happy to remove your name from our updates list. The primary usage, however, of keeping your email address is to alert you to Internet outtages and other emergencies you may want to know about.
